Scope: Control all operations for company’s Seattle market multi-family residential renovation projects at multiple locations totaling 900 units.

·   Exceeded project margins by submitting design and layout changes to building department that achieved fire stopping compliance and avoided costly retro-fit installations proposed by building officials.

·   Initiated policy change to allow for local recruitment to lower operational costs by eliminating travel expenses and housing costs.

Scope: Field superintendent for multi-family residential renovation, Senior estimator responsibilities include job costing and purchasing.

 

·   Increased project profits by engineering design changes to the layout of fuel gas piping resulting in lower labor and materials costs.  This project valued at 3 million saw a 3 percent increase in profit due to reductions in labor and material.
